Ahana's Craft Collection is a manufacturer and wholesale exporter / buying agent, supplier of handmade felt products. We use only high quality sheep wool imported from New Zealand. We use Swiss Dying technology for color dying. Our very well trained artisans can make any felt crafts as per the demand. All of our artisan are women. They work very carefully and patiently on each process. They love to make felt crafts very much.
We also do wholesale export of other handicraft products like glass beads bracelets, pashmina shawls, garments, cotton bags, knitted hats, woolen sweaters ; woolen socks, woolen gloves, woolen shoes, jackets, hemp bags, nepali lokta papers and other handicraft products. Many artisans are producing their own beautiful products through out the years as a tradition . Only few of them are able to sell to customers due lack of educations and technology ideas. So, we want to help them and promote their products to the global market places. Of course we are sole manufacturer of felt items but you may order us any types of handicrafts from Nepal. We will be happy to help you in buying any handicraft products in best quality and competitive prices.
We have only shared special products for your influence. Our handicraft products are selected from many manufacturers, producers based on the market demand. Before dispatch the goods we do check all the items for their quality standard. Our products are completely echo friendly and free from child labor.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be started within two working days after order confirmation.
Note: For the products which goes through request for quotation, the time (lead time and shipping time) may vary and will be decided by two parties (buyer & seller).
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can initiate the return process within 2 days of product receipt (delivery
acknowledgement received) if it meets the following criteria:
- Product must be in original condition
- Fee while returning will be covered by customer
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the proof return the product within 2 working days after you initiate the return process
- The product(s) lost damaged because of shipment will be covered by the freight insurance of the freight forwarder (shipper). We highly suggest our customer to purchase the insurance while confirming the method of shipment.
- Return expense for the alteration of products while receiving will be covered by seller.
