One of the main challenges in Africa is fatigue which means that African farmers do more work for long hours in lower wages then comparative to a country like America and Australia and this can be due to various of reasons and one of the reasons is that African farmers lack in utilization of modern techniques of agriculture which makes them less efficient (Christiaensen,2017, p3). In addition, African farmers lack in scientific knowledge of agriculture and as common wisdom also states that African farmers do not use much modern techniques and domain such as various inorganic chemicals, they also lack in irrigation techniques (Christiaensen,2017, p3).one of the other reasons as stated by (Christiaensen,2017, p3) is that increment in population pressure and market access due to low agriculture escalation. And the other reason for fatigue is that not many women take part in agricultural activities (Christiaensen,2017, pp3-4). There is a vast gap between men and women agricultural workers ratio, as (Christiaensen,2017, pp3-4) explains bulk labor in the African agriculture of women is very less and this contributes 60%-80% gender productivity gap.
