It is cultivated in Terai region of Nepal. It is antiseptic as well as has pleasant smell. Palmarosa Essential Oil is obtained by steam distillation of the fresh partially dried tops of Cymbopogon martini. It belongs to the Poaceae family. This oil is soothing and supportive, helping to protect against emotional vulnerability and bringing a feeling of peace.
