Shipping Policy
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Shrestha Traders ships internationally.
Shrestha Traders Need full shipping address (*No PO BOX Delivery*).
After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your product information, tracking number and a link to track your purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We will contact you with a follow-up email confirming your purchase.
Exchange & Returns
We hope that you are satisfied with your Shrestha Traders purchase. However, in the event that you need to exchange or return your items please contact us with “return & exchange” as message title within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Once we have received and verified your request you will receive a confirmation email with directions on the following steps to take.
All taxes , Custom/Duty (if any) occurred during the shipping process should be paid by customer
Full-priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 7 days after reception of goods in their original complete package with all tags and packaging.
No returns or refunds will be accepted if the goods are checked to be altered in any way as a result of customer handling
Upon the reception of returned goods, Shrestha Traders reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Return shipping fees will be on customer’s charge (non-quality problem reasons).
Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your total refund amount or will be added to the amount due on exchanged item.
Return Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold directly by Shrestha Traders

An item may be eligible for return & replacement if it has been reported to us within a period of 7 days in case the product comes with a Manufacturing Defect.

In case where the product has one the following issues; the issue must be reported within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- Has missing parts or accessories.
- Is different from what was ordered.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you, product should not be used.

Replacement shall be given only for the exact same item that was ordered & No request for any change/ exchange in replacement shall be entertained.

Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”

Replacement applicable only if; it has been determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you.

In case only if the company is unable to replace a product with the same model that was ordered by the customer due to any reasons, the refund for the same shall be issued to the customer’s account with 7-10 business days.

In case of transit damage the incident should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery and image of the damaged product and packaging should be shared.
